We just moved into an older home and I don't think anything had ever been done with the Spanish terracotta kitchen tile. The grout lines were black and it felt old, dated and quite frankly I was ready to rip them out. I called Sir Grout for a quote and Tom was really responsive and professional.
The gentlemen that showed up to do the job were on time, really knowledgeable and superb. It took about 4 hours from cleaning to drying. They laid down a few new colors to color dye the grout and I cannot tell you how impressed I am. These kitchen floors went from drab to fab that day. They look BRAND NEW!!! the grout is a fresh light gray/white and they look like they were just put in. I actually want to walk on the kitchen floors bare foot where before it felt dirty with those black lines. Thank you Sir Grout for an amazing transformation. I highly recommend.
Our shower is like new after Carlos from Sir Grout cleaned it. This company is very easy to work with and they were respectful and timely as well! I highly recommend!
Customer service and installation were great. I had this done to sell a home and my tile looked like new. Then I hired them to do my new home bathroom floors, looks so new and clean!

I called Sir Grout and made an appointment from the customer representative I talked too, to Jay who quoted me a price as well as installed the grout. They were very professional, on time, and very good quality. Can't say enough good things about this company definitely would hire them again and highly recommended by me. Great job!!!

Excellent company! We have a large two-shower head Master Shower that was having some grout/caulking issues. Based on other reviews, I called Sir Grout to explain the problem and set-up an estimate. Estimate was quickly scheduled and performed as scheduled. The Ops Manager that performed the estimate was thorough, totally knowledgeable of his product/service, and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly explain the issues and project plan to us. The Tech who performed the work was outstanding! Once again, he went over everything with us and did a meticulous job on the re-grout. Went out of his way to ensure that a grout issue left over from the initial house build was taken care of.
