Our before and after was very good. The guys showed up on time and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the end item product. The were respectful of our property and a pleasure to work with.
I was more than satisfied with the job. My tile floors were a mess. I didn't know if they could completely restore the tiles to what they were new thirty years ago. Alex is the miracle worker who did my floors. He also explained to me how to clean them and keep them in great shape. I would happily recommend them.

Sir Grout was super professional. We took out an old vanity and wanted to replace it with a free standing vanity. Basically we had a dozen or so tiles which needed to be replaced. He came by to give us a quote and had someone here within a day to help us fix the problem. Worked with us on the price and we were grateful! We will have them come back to do the next bathroom.

Sir Grout managed to get my marble bathroom looking almost like new after being damaged by calcification and cleaning agents. I thought we would have to grind it all back with a huge mess and expense but Sir Grout worked a miracle with a cloth and some elbow grease.
The office staff was nice and scheduled an estimate quickly. Keith arrived and gave a reasonable estimate, so we scheduled. The technicians arrived on time. They were friendly and gentlemen. They unloaded and put booties on whenever they walked in the house. They did a great job! I felt they were people I could trust alone in my house. They actually locked up the house when they left. I'm not an easy guy to work for, and I highly recommend Sir Grout.
