Great company... Great service! They take their time and cater to what their customers want. We wanted to make sure that the grout's matches with the color of the tiles and they spend their time mixing it to the closest color possible. I ended up with two bathrooms with perfectly grouted/caulked shower and shower tub!
Excellent from the initial assessment and quote to scheduling the work. The work was done over two days. On both days, Xavier arrived on time, reviewed exactly was being done (both days), reviewed the work completed each day and made sure I had no questions. He was professional, friendly and informative. I will definitely use again.
Good. The price was reasonable, the work was scheduled within a week after the estimate. The technician was personable and knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, then how to care for floor once the job was done. Floors look great and like new.
Sir Grout did an awesome job on our guest bath tub and master shower. Everything is neat and clean and my master bath shower looks brand new!
This last week I had Sir Grout Tucson come for an annual cleaning and touch up of my group seal/color treatment. They did an amazing job! My floors and grout look brand new. The grout color is consistent again! They are definitely on my calendar for a repeat annual clean.
Great service at a fair price. I've had occasion to use Sir Grout twice. Both times I found them to be responsive and professional. I had two bathroom tubs and a wall re-grouted. It made quite a difference in the appearance of my "vintage" bathrooms. I can live with them for a while longer now. Highly recommend.
Sir Grout was amazing! Very professional, very knowledgeable and personable as well. I had them restore about 2000 square feet of travertine and seal as well. We bought a foreclosure and the floors were in bad shape, they look brand new! We are very happy with the results. We also had a large shower restored and polished. Everything looks great and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I highly recommend Sir Grout!
