Sir Grout's service attendant, Xavier Alvarez, was the most professional person we have ever dealt with. He worked non stop from 8:30 until 5:30, and most all he aimed to please. He represents Sir Grout great. The Lord has great plans for this young man.
This service is well worth the cost. Our primary bath shower looks as good as new, since meticulous detail was paid to all aspects of the job. We will be scheduling another service for our guest bath as well!
You don't have a fantastic experience very often when you hire someone. This is the exception. Ken and Joe are the salt of the earth. I begged them to charge me more. (Yes, I actually did). Their product is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about their products and applications. I highly recommend you talking to these guys if you have any grout related work. We had a contractor put a backsplash in our kitchen and the grout was different colors in various spots. Sir Grout came in and applied their product to our exact color specifications. Then they sealed it. Now it looks awesome and it will last. My wife was very happy after they were done. Great job Sir Grout !

I highly recommend this business. Matthew did a fantastic job refinishing our vanity and was very professional, quiet, tidy and polite. His prices are fair and reasonable, too. We are having him return to refresh our master bathroom shower.
We had Sir Grout recolor the grout in our travertine floors and had our shower re-caulked and are incredibly pleased with the results. Our floors look brand new! Our entire experience with the Sir Grout staff, from meeting with Judi for estimate, to the employees who performed the work, were very nice and respectful. We would definitely highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future if needed.
