The technicians from Sir Grout arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, polite and clean. The work that they performed and the results that they obtained on the floor ceramic tile and tile in the shower stall was beyond our expectations. Truly, they are experts and their results are magic!
Ann came out an gave us a quote. She was very friendly and did a great job of explaining everything. We had three areas of grout deep cleaned and colored along with grout removed and re-done in a guest bathroom. Trey was extremely professional and efficient. All areas are amazing and I am very pleased with his quality of work. Trey even took the time and was patient while I decided in the best color for my grout. 5 stars for sure! My tile looks brand new.

Our satisfied experience started with John Royal when he arrived to give us an estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail which included a demonstration of the grout cleaning and color sealing. Next, we were very impressed with the professionalism and great work done by Lindsey, Chris, and Christian. They were very helpful with us moving furniture, etc. Around while they completed their tasks of cleaning, and sealing all of our floors and both shower areas. Our showers and floors look better now then when they were new and we know that they are cleaned and sealed properly! We would strongly recommend that you use Sir Grout for your needs! It went really well. Judi was prompt in providing me with an estimate. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the providers were polite and informative. I would hire again.
They did a wonderful job! The house was built in 1961 and the grout had never been "deep cleaned" and resealed. Throughout the process, there were NO surprises. The first contact came on time, explained the process, answered my questions and said he'd be available if I had any other questions. The workmen showed up on time. Their work was excellent, well done and in a professional manner. They were very careful when they had to go through the house to get outside to the truck. Overall, I was very pleased with the process and results.
The tile grout had become extremely dark over the years and while I had had the floors professionally cleaned before, they still looked very grungy. Sir Grout did a great job of cleaning the tiles and the grout and applying a colored sealant that was slightly different from the original, but more attractive. The floors look like new and are holding up very well. The granite counters and island in the kitchen was also cleaned, polished and sealed and looks very good.
Bryan came in same day I called, gave me what I thought to be a reasonable estimate for the job to be done, scheduling the job was quick and Bryan and his team came to my home within a couple of days to refinish my tiles, the job was done in one day. I am very happy with the result, my floor looks beautiful although more than 70 years old. Price service, professionalism, everything is above expectation. Great guys, honest, no bad surprised, very straight forward. Highly recommended.
