My experience with Sir Grout was pleasant from the initial contact setting up the estimate appointment, John their representative who worked up the quote for our floors to be cleaned and sealed, and last but not least the great Job Chris and Jerome did in completing the job. It refreshing to know you can still find a company and employees who take pride in their work and show up as scheduled, (even if my internal calendar and clock are skewed!). No problems on my end in recommending Sir Grout for reliable and quality workmanship.

Our kitchen is the heart of our home; we spend hours there each day. We had a remodel 5 years ago and loved the look. Lately, our beautiful granite seemed to be dull and the faucet area had calcium deposits built up. As much as we scrubbed, it wouldn't come off. We called Sir Grout to come in and tell us what we should do. The consultant, Theresa, was professional and told us exactly what they could do to bring back that shine. We decided to have the work done and we have been completely satisfied. The technician was courteous and very clean. The whole process only took a few hours and the shine is back on the countertops. I'm especially pleased with the area around the sinks which is now as clean as the day we installed it. All around a company I would highly recommended.
