Cole and Chris, from Sir Grout, simply took our 15 year old master bathroom and made it look brand new! The master shower rejuvenation was beyond my best expectations. I can't recommend Sir Grout, highly enough. It truly was a 5 star job.
I had 2 services performed by Sir Grout. The Shower Protection/Restoration Package and the Kitchen color seal grout package. My shower looks great and my kitchen floors look brand new as if I just had my tile laid with fresh grout. Romeo was my technician and his work was superior. He took his time and did a professional job! Be sure to use Sir Grout to restore your shower and clean and restore your floor tile!
It is rare to have a contractor exceed expectations, but that's what Tim and his crew did on our job. They came on time, explained what would happen, gave us a fair price, worked diligently, and over-delivered on the results. Don't wait to have your tile floors or shower tiles refurbished. It's like these areas are brand new!! The nicest and most professional people.
Rod was the most knowledgeable and professional out of all the contractors I interviewed for my master bath project. Before meeting Rod, I had more than my share of idiots who came to look at the project and had no clue. It is hard to find good people to work with who do quality work and exceed your expectations. Rod and his technician did just that.
Chris and Daniel did an amazing job on our bathroom. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends as well as using them again in our next home.
Sir Grout was very professional in all their dealings ranging from initial contact, communicating realistic outcome expectations, right through to execution. The age and condition of our slate floor posed some challenges to achieving the desired appearance. We had our master shower cleaned, re-grouted and color sealed. They completed the job in one day and I'm very pleased with the results. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them for any tile or stone cleaning/restoration work.

We are extremely pleased with the work completed by Sir Grout's David and David this week. They resolved an extremely challenging, labor-intensive shower floor issue and refreshed the tile walls, floors and tub surround (along with kitchen granite counters). We love our master bathroom again! The entire process of working with Sir Grout, including the ease of estimating and scheduling by Ethan, to the detail-oriented work by craftsmen David and David, was exceptional.
