Everyone at the company was easy to work with and all phases of the project, from the initial estimate to deep cleaning and resealing, were handled professionally and on time. We were very pleased with the job that Sir Grout did cleaning our kitchen and bathroom tile and grout. Both floors look brand new. It will be interesting to see how long they stay looking so nice. Donald did an excellent job for us. I thought the price was high, but now that I see the results, it is worth it. That said, we did not comparison shop because we were very impressed with the owner, Jeff, when he came for our estimate, as well as the many positive reviews, so I have no idea how their prices compare to other companies. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Victor, from Sir Grout Westchester, came to look at our bathroom. He evaluated what work we wanted done, explained how everything would be done and how the pricing was arrived at. I had received other cheaper quotes, but no one was as knowledgeable or explained everything as thoroughly as Vic did. In the end, he did exactly what he promised he would, which was make our bathroom look like it was new. Definitely would recommend Sir Grout.
