I recently had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. Adrian is the skilled worker who came to my home and did an amazing job on my thirty-year-old kitchen floor. When he finished the work, I can honestly say my floor looked brand new. Adrian is a very kind and respectful young man. He explained everything to me and my husband and graciously answered all of our questions. I have received many compliments from friends and family about the excellent work done and I highly recommend Sir Grout to everyone.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Sir Grout Seattle. From the initial online estimate to the final repair, the process was smooth and efficient. I received a quote the same day as the estimate and the repair was scheduled for the following week.
Brock, the technician, did an excellent job repairing my lifted floor tile and addressing the caulking issues in my backsplash and shower. I was particularly grateful for his explanation of weep holes, which was very informative.

Shannon visited us in June, she did a great job on our guest bathroom and remodeled kitchen. She answered our questions in a patient manner, and her work was quite professional. She was a terrific ambassador for Sir Grout.

They were responsive, professional, respectful, and talented. They took care when they came in to give estimate and make recommendations on how my floors could be improved.
I had broken grout between ceramic tile, and discoloration when they finished the floors look like new. They came when they said they would to do the work. They were very neat as they worked and made sure everything was clean. I have told so many people about them, they are a hidden treasure. They even put on shoe covers without me asking them to.
If you need grout repairs, then they are the ones to call. They even left me the product to clean the floors.
