The crew was on time and polite. They explained the process and double-checked the color. This is a very precise procedure, and everything went great. The grout looks terrific and is completely uniform. Great job!
The guys were on time (actually early) and they called ahead to make sure it was OK to arrive earlier. They were very professional, very courteous, very clean and neat in the kitchen area that they were working in. I appreciated their team approach as how to best do the job, especially in the tricky corners.
They did a very thorough job and were done sooner than expected. They took the time to explain the materials used and how to best maintain it going forward. It looks great, and we are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.
I had the pleasure of using Sir Grout to clean and seal my primary bath floor and shower. They were professional and did a great job! I will recommend them to my friends, family and clients!
I decided to go with Sir Grout strictly based on the high-rated reviews, and I am so happy I did.
I am so impressed with their work. I had my '90s tile grout recolored. Wow, what a difference night and day! It went from practically black grout to a sand color that matched perfectly with the tile. It looks brand new.
I definitely recommend this route if you're looking to save money on flooring replacement. Their pricing is also reasonable.
Jamar and Hope did an excellent job making our shower look brand new. They also explained how to keep it that way. We highly recommend Sir Grout.
Ed from Sir Grout was great to work with. He repaired and sealed grout in two showers and was thorough, communicative, and efficient! Would recommend this service to others
We are very happy with the work done by Sir Grout. I appreciate how timely we were able to receive a quote and schedule the work. Our technician, Peter, was very professional and did a great job cleaning and repairing the grout in our shower. I highly recommend this company.
The work done in our home deserves a five-star review. We have tile floors in a large kitchen and in our family room, which needed cleaning and resealing, and it was a major project. The technicians were pleasant, diligent and professional in their work. The result met high expectations and we are pleased.
Sir Grout Vancouver saved me from having to replace my cracked, horrible-looking tile! I can return the tile I bought to replace it since Sean from Sir Grout Vancouver cleaned and re-grouted the tile at the back entryway—absolutely gorgeous and brand-new now! He also inspected other tiles and found he could greatly improve the look of our fireplace hearth by re-coloring and sealing the hideous old grout there.
He also took time to carefully clean the kitchen backsplash, and it looks amazing now! He will be back soon to seal the new grout by entry when it's cured, and I will make a list of other areas for him to address since my home looks so great after just one service! Thank you, Sean!
Our experience with Sir Grout Richmond was very positive. It started with Kevin coming to evaluate our wishes and needs and making some very good recommendations for cleaning and sealing our bathroom tiles and replacing shower caulking. We thought this might break the budget, but no, it was very affordable.
Then Josie came to complete the tasks, and wow, the finished product was like New. Josie was not only pleasant, but she answered our questions and took the task at hand with great assurance. We are so pleased! Thank you!
