Andrew is one of the most professional and articulate workers I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he do a super job on our shower, but my wife and I feel we have made a new friend. We feel he deserves a future raise, and we truly wish there were more young men like Andrew... Thanks to Andrew, we don't say "yuk" when we walk in our bathroom and see the shower. Instead it's a pleasant sight now!

I would like to thank Renzo of Sir Grout Orlando for sending Jose, technician, for a masterful job he did on the limestone floor in the kitchen and master bath. The stone had to be honed and then polished. I choose a satin finish. Jose was very diligent in his work, seeing that all surfaces were restored to a beautiful finish. Jose was able to remove deep stains that I could not with any type of cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The floors are so much better now than when the original tile was installed. Thank you Sir Grout!
My two bathroom floors needed a deep cleaning, with the grout needing a major refresh. Although in the past, I did this myself, my knees can no longer take the stress. Sir Grout in one day, deep cleaned the tiles, re-grouted where needed and touched up the painted grout lines. The floors look like new. Great job!

Sir Grout Sarasota did an amazing job! They cleaned, recolored and double-sealed the grout in our tile throughout the house. The team was very thorough, professional and courteous. We were referred to Sir Grout and are glad we were. The owner showed up to understand the scope of work and provide a process. He said a bid would be forthcoming, and it was. The initial meeting projected confidence and competence. He described the culture of Sir Grout and its employees.
On the day of the job, the team showed up on time, did what they said they would do, ensured it was done right, and cleaned up. This is a service model that other service providers in Lowcountry would do well to copy. I would refer without hesitation.

I just had epoxy grout applied to two shower/tub enclosures by Jonathan. This morning, Jonathan was very nice and courteous. He called when he arrived, did a walk-through, reviewed what he was planning to do, got everything completed quickly, covered his shoes when indoors, cleaned up everything very nicely, reviewed what he did once completed, and gave us advice on how long to let things dry, etc.
Great service. We would be happy to have him perform these or other services for us again in the future.
