Get the good stuff and seal it right - my first spill wiped off with a paper towel and the grout didn't absorb any moisture at all. I only lived in the house for 6 months, but I was amazed at how much cleaner it got, and now it will stay that way!!!
We had a great experience with Sir Grout. The owner, Mike, came and went through a thorough estimate of the four bathrooms that needed various levels of grout and caulking work done.
He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, which gave me the confidence I needed after a general contractor did the same work poorly a couple of years prior.
I really appreciated that a specialist would be doing the work this time. Because it was a fairly large job, it took place over a day and a half, and I got to work with three terrific professionals - Romeo, Ed, and Umer.
They took the time to review the work carefully with me prior to starting and once they were done. For the large shower that required new grout, Romeo went over different color options until we found the exact right one. His patience and kindness was very appreciated.
Ed and Umer were similarly thoughtful and helpful, going above and beyond with taking care of the smallest details, including some education on the type of cleaning solution to use on grout and caulk. I recommend Sir Grout very heartily.
Griffin and Alfredo are professionals and they did a great job. Griffin regrouted my shower tile and it looks brand new. Alfredo buffed and sealed the marble counter tops and they look fantastic. Griffin and Alfredo regrouted and sealed all the floor tile and it's as good as new. Thank you for your attention to details. You are a pleasure to work with.
I have a foyer with beautiful tile that had discolored in various places over the 100 years it had been in place. I was unsure of how to rectify the issue. I found Sir Grout online and had Josh come out and give me an estimate, but more importantly, he correctly diagnosed the issue of needing to remove years worth of old sealers to get the tile back to its original shape.
As the pictures show, Brian did a superb job of painstakingly taking the old sealers off and putting a new one on. It has enhanced the tile to a level I had not seen before. It looks so good it almost makes me not want to return the rugs and furniture to the area!
I give Sir Grout the highest marks in every step of the process and would highly recommend them!
Sir Grout is an exceptionally professional company. From the very detailed estimate provided by Mark, the owner, to the work done by Ulysses, we had an excellent experience. They are reliably on time, communicate with reminders, and do exactly what they say in the estimate. All of the people that I had communication with were very pleasant. Griffin was amazing getting our shower and bathroom floor looking spiffy! First he was a great communicator from the text on his ETA to final payment. He explained each step and what he'd be doing. Very respectful of our house like it was his. The job came out perfectly just like it was five years when it was new (that's another story). Bottom line: I'm a believer in Sir Grout.

I am thrilled with the results of reclaiming / restoring my rustic dairy tile ceramic flooring in my kitchen, entry hall and utility room. Our Sir Grout technician, Dequan, arrived promptly as promised. He explained the process, helped us with removing a few things still left in the way (clearing beforehand was the hardest part), and then rapidly set to bringing the floor back to life.
He thoroughly cleaned, repaired a few spots, and regrouted. He also helped me choose a more compatible and functional grout color than the previous quick to show dirt ... chalky putty we had always known.
The final step buffed away haze and left a floor we could at least carefully walk on, almost immediately.
Dequan was a joy: efficient, great at communicating and quite professional. I'm so glad I decided to go this route. Over all it saved me thousands, and days, for a like-new floor which retains the character and patina I love. I highly recommend Sir Grout of Central New Jersey. And I hope they recognize that their technician, Dequan is a real asset to the company.
