We almost couldn't believe the before and after photos of the projects, but we are beyond delighted with the results that Sir Grout gave us! Our entire tile floor looks brand new, as does our shower. The crew was right on time, courteous, thorough and flat out OUTSTANDING! Do not second guess having the restoration done, it truly is even better than promised! Photos don't really do the project justice!

I had to wait to write a review just to let everything settle in. First of all, Leo came by and explained everything so well and gave me assurance which I needed. He was quick to respond to my emails. Fast forward, Sebastian and Brandon came to seal my grout and floors. When I tell you above and beyond, I mean that. They were so kind and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10
Lastly, for those who have stains in the grout from dogs peeing, which was my issue with my new floors get the sealant because these dogs have peed and there is no stain! NONE. Highly recommend. I will be rehiring them to do my bedrooms!
I'm very pleased with the job Rudy did on my bathroom tile shower floor! Just like Ryan said when he came out to give the quote, it looks like new again and I love it! Rudy also cleaned up after himself, cleaned my glass shower doors, and told me what cleaning products to use to keep the floor looking like new. Sir Grout was absolutely fantastic. Our shower looks incredible, and I appreciate the lesson that came with it on cleaning the shower moving forward, and information about which cleaners are safe and which are harmful. All in all, great experiences and couldn't recommend them more.
I recently had my master bath and guest bath tiles cleaned and sealed by Curtis. He showed up on time and was kind, friendly, and professional. Curtis did an excellent job and made our 20-year-old tiles and grout shine again. It was well worth the money but much less than a full tile replacement. I have two other rooms I plan on hiring this company to do. Highly recommend!
We needed some loose tiles replaced in our shower, a fairly small job. Cole came out to evaluate the problem, and promptly returned the next day to make the repairs. This job was too insignificant for other companies, but Sir Grout was more than happy to work with us. Cole and his assistant took great pride in their work, were gracious and respectful, left the room clean and tidy, and did an outstanding job. We can't even tell which tiles were replaced! I highly recommend Sir Grout for your tile job, whether it's big or small!
Sir Grout did an excellent job. Jeff visited us and explained his services, provided us a quote and ensured all of our questions were answered. He gave us great advice to wait until our kitchen was renovated before we had the grout cleaning. I'm so glad we took his advice. Our new cabinets were not quite as deep leaving more floor showing. If we had cleaned before the renovation, the edge by the toe kick would not have been cleaned.
Nick did the actual work and cleaned our floor twice. He was absolutely great. He put down two colors - one the original one and the second was a slightly darker shade that blended with the tile. We went with the second shade and it's great. Nick did such a great job on the floor - it looks brand new. We'll have Sir Grout out again to maintain our floors.
Phenomenal work and customer service! Our technician Shannon worked tirelessly all day, and even stayed late, to get everything just right. Silver was also fantastic and knows such much about tile! These are fine crafts people and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Couldn't recommend this company more highly. Look how they revived this concrete tile bathroom floor, just amazing!
