Sir Grout Vancouver saved me from having to replace my cracked, horrible-looking tile! I can return the tile I bought to replace it since Sean from Sir Grout Vancouver cleaned and re-grouted the tile at the back entryway—absolutely gorgeous and brand-new now! He also inspected other tiles and found he could greatly improve the look of our fireplace hearth by re-coloring and sealing the hideous old grout there.
He also took time to carefully clean the kitchen backsplash, and it looks amazing now! He will be back soon to seal the new grout by entry when it's cured, and I will make a list of other areas for him to address since my home looks so great after just one service! Thank you, Sean!
Our experience with Sir Grout Richmond was very positive. It started with Kevin coming to evaluate our wishes and needs and making some very good recommendations for cleaning and sealing our bathroom tiles and replacing shower caulking. We thought this might break the budget, but no, it was very affordable.
Then Josie came to complete the tasks, and wow, the finished product was like New. Josie was not only pleasant, but she answered our questions and took the task at hand with great assurance. We are so pleased! Thank you!

They did a great job! From the original quote that was done on time and quickly, through the technicians that worked to get the job done and down through their invoicing process, no issues on my end, and the floors and walls look excellent! Just like when we moved in more than 10 years ago!

This is the second time that we have had Sir Grout, and they are excellent. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Isaiah and Kerwin arrived right on schedule, explained what they would be doing throughout the day, moved all of our furniture, and performed their magic on our floors.
Our floors look brand new. And when they were finished, they moved all of our furniture back to where it was. Isaiah and Kerwin were very professional, friendly and gave us care instructions before they left. Definitely first class service.
They took care of the odor from cats that a former tenant secretly had, in addition to the dogs on the lease. The finished part of the basement looks way better, too. Austin, the tech, did a great job and was very informative.

Sir Grout made my shower look brand new again, and even more importantly, they recommended ways to keep it looking that way for future upkeep.
Ainier was super courteous, professional, and kind. He spent literally all day in my shower giving it the white glove treatment. His expertise was very appreciated as well. And the best thing is that this company sends you a confirmation text before arrival, introducing you to who will be servicing your home with an arrival window.
I wish all companies did this. It was nice to see one of the owners pop in for a spot check on the job. Their involvement always sends the message that they care. Their services aren't cheap, but they do the job very well and have the expertise to fix the problem correctly the first time—they are worth the money.
We hired Sir Grout to clean and restore our kitchen back splash and to re-caulk a few areas, like shower stall, kitchen sink, etc. The entire process was smooth, right from the free inspection to finishing. Reasonable prices, suggestions to avoid additional costs and, above all, clean and neat work.
