Very happy with the work done by Griffen on behalf of Sir Grout! Our master shower looks better than it did on the day we bought our brand new home! Griffen communicated with us very well from letting us know when he would be arriving to explaining the entire process and showing us different aspects as the work unfolded. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone considering having their tiles redone. Great work and very professional.
Joe did an incredible job! From our first meeting for a quote, Joe was kind and professional. He did a great job getting rid of the mold in our garden tub shower and matched the grout perfectly!

We had a bathroom restoration from Sir Grout. Angel was the technician that cleaned, resurfaced, polished and sealed our shower, bathtub and floor. He did an excellent job. He was very courteous, neat, skilled, and thorough.

Very responsive from the first phone call until they were done. We had extensive staining and hard water buildup. They did an excellent job deep cleaning and bleaching the grout, repairing some cracks, and sealing it all up. They even managed to get the hard water buildup off the ceiling. Also, people were courteous and clear in their communication. Definitely recommend Sir Grout Seattle.
Sir Grout was contacted and Kevin came out to assess our needs and we accepted the estimate to complete the job. Work was started within the next week. Ryan arrived on time and he got to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was very attentive to detail for each area that was to be completed.

We recently had Sir Grout complete grout sealing and an anti slip treatment in our newly remodeled primary bath. Overall, the grout sealing results were very good. The grout lines look clean and uniform. We are pleased with the appearance. The anti-slip treatment has made an improvement in the safety of the wet areas, and provides an added peace of mind for us. Sir Grout came out for pricing and scheduling, and the arrival time was as promised, if not early. Overall, the process was smooth and reliable. I would feel very comfortable hiring them again for my other tiled areas.

If I could give 10 Stars, I would. In 2010 we remodeled our bathroom. We picked subway and small hexagon tiles, all in white. It looked amazing for a few months and then the daily use began to show. Lesson #1: never tile a floor in white.
Over the years, just about every service company in Sonoma County that does tile cleaning has been in our bathroom, at least once, sometimes more. Looking at a 20k bathroom remodel was not fun, and then we saw an ad for Sir Grout; well, what did we have to lose?
Mark, the local owner, arrived on time and in 10 minutes I learned more about caring for tile than all of the folks who cleaned our tile AND also all of the tile stores that sold me product over the years. An estimate was given, yes higher than "all those other companies," but it also included re-grouting and other mechanical clean up that needed to be done.
"Sir" Ulises arrived on time and ready to do his magic. We knew going in that he would be here for several hours. What we didn't expect was having a person in our home who actually cared about the work being done. Ulises allowed us to look at the transformation/cleaning as well as checking about grout color for needed patch work.
It was made very clear from the beginning that bringing our 16-year-old tile bathroom back to "brand new" was not possible, but what we got was a bathroom transformed by diligent work and skill, and in so much better condition than we even thought possible. We didn't enter our bathroom for over 48 hours after (curing time) and it's been over a week now and we continue to be impressed, pleased, grateful.
We bought the Sir Grout tile cleaner and was instructed on how to use it and the small bathroom that we didn't have Sir Grout clean is now sparkling. If you are reading this and thinking about a tile area that needs some love, I would 100% give Sir Grout Santa Rosa a call. You will not be sold a "bill of goods" and you will also be very pleased and happy with the results.
Paul and Dylan took real good care of us from start to finish at a surprisingly great price. The kitchen grout looks brand new! Dylan treated our floors like his own! I am so impressed with the work!
