I was very nervous because I felt the price was high, but they did an amazing job with my kitchen floors that had seen better days. The grout seriously looks new, and it's 27 years old. The young man was very professional and courteous; I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

We've had our shower worked on before but continue to look for longer-term solutions. Kevin came and was incredible explaining what needed to be done for our situation and how they could best do it for us. Katie — amazing technician, I'd recommend to anyone! — did a phenomenal job in a record amount of time getting our grout retooled and shower sealed. She was beyond professional, courteous, and tolerant of our excitable dogs.

We purchased a 23-year-old home with the intent of upgrading and restoring all the neglect. The tile flooring was horrible. We were hesitant to go this route, but after meeting with Marc and seeing what he had to say in such a professional manner, we made the decision to try this alternative.

Our tile floors look brand new (actually better than new) thanks to Ted at Sir Grout!
We have lived in our home for 10 years, and I have always hated the color of the grout the previous homeowner chose. Ted first came over with different grout options for me to look at to see if any of them made the tile look better. We chose Haystack and scheduled to have my floors cleaned and color sealed at a later date.
I cannot say how much I love how they turned out because before I wanted to tear out all the tile. Now, the floors look like I wanted them to, more muted. THANK YOU, TED!
This was an amazing experience hiring Sir Grout. We were looking all over for a contractor that actually did the type of repair we were looking for. Our shower was a mess, mold, cracking grout, discolored tile and caulk. The house was only 6 years old, as well as the shower, but the last looked like hell.
Joe was great, came over when he said he would, punctual, explained the process, cost, and what the result would be. Upon completion, it's like we got a new shower, looks like the day we moved in. I highly recommend Sir Grout to anybody looking to renew, repair, or re-grout their shower.
