Curtis did a great job sealing and grouting our porch tiles. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The worked on area looks fantastic. We will use Sir Grout again.
I live in a house a little over 40 years old, so I've never seen the shower look any sort of new. Chris steam cleaned it and fixed the cracked grout that was causing leaks. He and Cole (who did the consult) were very polite, and the work was great!
Here's another great review of the work done by Sir Grout! Andrew B and Daniel came today to clean the Master bedroom shower stall. It had never been cleaned professionally before. Andrew made my shower look like it did on day one. Sir Grout can do what we ordinary cleaners cannot do. I got in the shower and nit picked all over the tile and Andrew took care of every minute detail. Daniel cleaned my laundry room floor tile, a high traffic area. I'm so happy with how it looks. This is a very nice experience and I recommend Sir Grout Charleston highly.
Tim did a great job making two bathroom floors look like new. He also professionally caulked two showers. Communication was easy. Tim clearly cares about achieving a great outcome.
Sir Grout has put together a great team. I just had the grout colorized to blend with the wood look porcelain tile in my 2400 sq ft house. Every room and closet was tiled. I also had the master bath shower and bathroom floor colorized and treated with a Microguard product. I was a little anxious about the logistics of moving all my furniture around while I was in the house. Not a problem for these professionals. They work as a well coordinated team, fast, efficient and thorough. And all so pleasant. They made it look easy. And everything was put back in place perfectly. Thank you, thank you for an outstanding job. I am delighted with the new look.
Having an actual professional do the caulk and grout is definitely worth it. They scheduled an appointment about a week out, and despite the service window, Chris from Sir Grout was there right on time. He did a very efficient job, and the end result is superb. They gave me a detailed estimate ahead of time and stuck to it on the day. Would highly recommend.
We had Kashan and co-worker re-do the entire house floor tile. Both replacement of several and regrout and seal. They put in long day, and worked constantly. All companies should be so lucky to have workers, such as these 2 men. If you want fair price for work delivered, give Kashan a call.
The first contractor to show up on time prepared for the job, and attention to detail. Sarah was wonderful. Knowledgeable and willing to educate me along the way, great communication, eye for color so I didn't have to second guess myself, and I never got a huff or an eye roll while hanging around and asking questions (like every other contractor I've had for other jobs). We would absolutely use them again and ask for Sarah specifically.
Jerome did an amazing job. Everything was done neatly. The shower looked awesome and around the tub was perfect.
