Sir Grout Houston repaired/replaced the grout/caulk on our entryway floor tiles, kitchen backsplash tiles, and master shower tiles. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the initial owner's (Courtney) visit/quote to the finished quality of the work performed by the craftsman (Nico). Very professional, pleasant, accommodating folks at Sir Grout Houston. I highly recommend them for any type of tile repair/replacement work.
I am totally impressed and happy with the job Sir Grout did on our kitchen tiles. The sales representative, Zach was so kind and made efforts to do a little of the work to preview the results before we committed. Juan did the bulk of the cleaning and regrouting and he did an exceptional job. It looks so beautiful. Thank you so much for caring.
Just finished my first experience with Sir Grout Crystal Coast. We got our entire master bath flooring and custom shower serviced with new grout. We also got our granite countertops polished, resealed, and new grout. What a difference! The whole experience was top-notch. The consultation with Joe (owner) was concise and the quote was really clear. Scheduling and communication were prompt, clear, and timely. Jeremy focused on all the work in the bathroom and did a phenomenal job. He was on time, quiet, and cleaned up like he was never there. Joe did the kitchen countertops himself and was very thoughtful and open to explaining all the steps to me. He provided great recommendations for maintenance that we can do on our own.
I will definitely be calling Joe to help me keep my granite and floor tile looking good. An added plus, Joe is a veteran and I love supporting veteran-owned businesses. This is one home maintenance call that won't disappoint. Thank you Sir Grout Crystal Coast!
Professional from the very beginning of the process! The video quote was very convenient, and a shoutout to Ann for her awesome customer service. The work provided was excellent, Eddie did an amazing job and was very respectful and courteous as well. I will definitely use Sir Grout for any additional grout/caulking needs!
Dave did an excellent job to regrout my glass tile shower completely, and cleaned, sealed the shower floor. Sir Grout uses high quality Epoxy grout and Sealant from Europe. Highly recommended.
Needed a couple of bathroom countertops refurbished and I've never used this type of service before. Both countertops were badly worn over 20 years of use and it was either refurbish or replace. One countertop is marble and the other is travertine. Sir Grout came in and provided their advice and recommendations and gave me confidence they could restore the countertops for a fraction of what I would have paid to replace them. The results were amazing!
The travertine looks brand new, nicely polished and I'm thrilled. The marble was also a good improvement but, around one of the taps, had some rust stains which could not be removed (and they advised me that would be the case) and which I was prepared to live with. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome. Both counters look great and I would highly recommend Sir Grout. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I'll definitely use them again.
We did not end up needing their service. However, I was very impressed with Tim. He came to look at our shower, which was in terrible shape with mildew/mold. He gave some tips on what we could try to clean with first. It ended up getting the entire shower looking new and saving us a ton of money. His honesty and professionalism are top-notch, especially when other companies quoted us higher amounts and would have taken our money. I would definitely recommend looking into Sir Grout Westchester if you need this type of service and giving Tim a chance to earn your business.
Shannon was exceptional in her friendly, professional approach. She consistently paid attention to detail and was very timely in keeping us informed about scheduling and the follow-up care of our tile and grout sealant. She will treat your home with care and pride as if it were her own!
Meeko did wonderful work coloring and sealing our grout. My mother couldn't be happier. The tile and grout are like brand new after years of dogs and human feet tracking through. Creamy tan tile with a slightly whiter finish. Looks great.
These guys rule. They were professional, customer service oriented, kind, on time, and executed their job brilliantly. The folks who showed up walked me through what they were going to do and didn't take payment until I was satisfied with the work. Honestly couldn't ask for more.
