If you are looking for professionalism and excellent attention to detail, I suggest you go to Sir Grout for restoring your floors. Keith has twice bailed me out of instances where my former cleaning company has damaged my floors. I have marble flooring in my master bathroom and twice the cleaners have spilled chemicals onto it, leaving me with ugly etching and discoloration. Keith managed to schedule appointments with me quickly and was very respectful of our clean floors when he came in using booties and also wearing a mask. It is sometimes intimidating having companies come into your home, but I felt comfortable that Keith would get the job done. Thank you.
We were really happy with the work Sir Grout did on our tile floor. This included cleaning, repair, color staining, and sealing. The staff were helpful and friendly and worked in an efficient and clean manner. They assisted moving some heavy pieces of furniture and the floors look wonderful!
Great service! The quoting process was very nicely done by FaceTime and this helped with my work schedule. The actual cleaning and restoration of the grout was nicely done. They were very professional and meticulous to match the grout color to my satisfaction. I highly recommend their services!
Arnell was here for 12 hours and besides going to the truck for supplies he never stopped working. We were shocked at his work ethic. Outstanding job!! We will use Sir Grout again for future projects. Please make sure management sees this! We will highly recommend Sir Grout to friends and family.
Ed and Romeo did great work at my house. They diligently restored shower walls and floors, a tiled bathroom floor, and caulked backsplashes around bathroom vanities. They arrived promptly and were finished when they said they would be. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend their services.
Tim and Victor were extremely meet and responsive to the issues that we needed addressed including one last minute add-on. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
My only regret is having waited so long! Our shower was in desperate need of help - the grout was in such bad shape and no amount of cleaning could get it back to where we wanted it to be. It was this or a full renovation. SirGrout's work has made the shower look like new again. New grout and epoxy have given us a finish we can enjoy for years. Every appointment was as described and on time (pricing and two service visits). Again, I wish I'd called Sir Grout a long time ago.
Tim was great, such a huge help to us. He was honest about our project's requirements and although we will end up doing more than just regrouting because our bathroom is in pretty rough shape, his advice and expertise were exactly what we needed. He's incredibly knowledgeable and will provide solid recommendations. Was sad we couldn't work with him, hopefully in the future!
My marble tile and bathroom marble countertops were etched and stained. They were restored and now look spectacular! Everyone who has seen my bath has asked for Chris's card. Exceeded my expectations.
