I called Sir Grout after reading reviews online and they went way beyond my expectations. We had several areas that needed to be grouted/caulked. Joe did an amazing job on our kitchen granite and sink and and it looks like new. A bathtub and pantry area are now both restored. I highly recommend using Sir Grout. I am extremely impressed with Sir Grout from start to finish. They came and gave me an estimate and timeline. James showed up and completed the job perfectly. I would also like to express how professional James handled the job. I have many workers in my home and they are not quiet or tidy. I actually forgot James was in my home he was so quiet. When he finished, the bathroom and work area was extremely clean. I will hire them again.
The team at Sir Grout Sarasota did a professional job cleaning, sealing, and coloring my grout and tile. It was a large surface area, and Kashan, Theresa, and Andreas made sure everything was perfect. They were on the job for almost 12 hours and followed up to be sure I was satisfied afterward. I would definitely recommend and hire them again. My floors and showers look better than new!
Right from the start, we had a great experience with Cole Matthews and the team at Sir Grout. From arranging the initial appointment to scheduling the work, professional all the way through. They were on time for the estimated walk-through, on time for getting us a written quote, on time for the work, and Cole was great in explaining the process as well as what the team would be doing from start to finish. The technicians were courteous, on time, and a did great job with the work as well as the clean-up. The areas they worked on looked brand new, and many were 12-13 years old. We are already scheduling the next round of work. Excellent work!
