I am a property manager and I needed someone to fix terracotta flooring in one of my properties that were in bad shape. Keith took on the challenge and the floors look great. It did take longer than estimated but it was definitely worth the wait. He took years of grim and wear and tear and turn them into masterpieces. He also refreshed the grout in the kitchen. I would recommend him if you need work on your Terracotta floors.
Excellent service. Professional and polite. I wasn't sure of the color and the tech was patient and helpful in choosing the perfect color. I highly recommend this company. I tried calling another company and they never responded. Sir Grout was responsive and did a wonderful job. The bathroom and other areas look like new.

I was looking for a service to replace the caulking in my shower and clean the tile. I stumbled on Sir Grout online and submitted an online request. Boy, I'm glad I did! Jay, the owner responded the next day with a phone call and within a few days, his serviceman was here to do the job. Cody was on time, very professional and friendly. My tile wasn't too bad but Cody didn't cut any corners. He did a thorough job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout, and removed and replaced the old caulking. My shower looks brand new! I highly recommend Sir Grout.
