From the initial visit to do the estimate to completion of the project they could not have been better. Everyone was professional and polite and the results were wonderful. Our master bath shower looks brand new! I would certainly use their services again and I highly recommend them.
The tile in my home looked so bad that I wanted to remove all tile and install either new tile or wood floors. I started getting pricing and it was something that I just did not want to deal with. The removal of tile is a huge project not to mention the costs involved. I contacted Sir Grout as the tile was fine it was just the grout that made the floors look dingy. Dennis came out, measured and gave me a price, which by the way was very fair. We then scheduled for the grout to be painted by his team members Chris and Jerome. They were on time on the date scheduled and by the end of the day, half of my home was completed. I couldn't believe it! My tile looked brand new and I couldn't wait for the rest of the tile to be completed. I'm so very happy with the results and the team at Sir Grout were so wonderful to work with. I would definitely suggest getting the grout redone if you hate your tile and want new floors, but don't want the mess and the cost involved. My floors are beautiful. Sir Grout has been a pleasure to deal with from day one. We got our quote in February, and they scheduled us in March. Before our day came, we got worried about the pandemic, so we called and asked if they could put us on hold. In retrospect, that was a mistake on our part, but they were happy to do it. Fast forward to August, and we've REALLY got to get our shower refurbished, so we called, and they scheduled us for a week out. The office manager was great. Samuel showed up on time and walked through what he was going to do. I expressed some concern about the need to add some grout, and he agreed to do that. He worked through lunch and finished right about when I was told he would, and the shower looks fantastic! He pointed out the things he fixed, walked through maintenance, cleaned up, and left. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had.
One of the best businesses we've dealt with since moving to Austin two years ago. Teresa and Justin really know their stuff, and we're very happy with the results. It was honestly so refreshing to work with a company that seems to understand the meaning of customer service. They return messages promptly, show up when they say they will, and provide very clear and detailed estimates. Justin asked very good questions while he was here to make sure that we were all on the same page about grout sealer colors, etc. He worked efficiently and treated our home with respect, leaving no mess behind. It exceeded our expectations!! Floors look new. Locally owned business with good customer service. Before starting they showed various samples and we found a perfect color for our tile. In addition to resealing our old stained tile, they replaced a few tiles broken over time. Highly recommended.
