I had the wonderful experience of having Ed come out to my house to correct a botched grouting job from the workers who flipped my house. There was missing grout all between the tiles in my new bathroom. Ed was extremely professional and friendly and took his time explaining the process and searching for every spot that was missing grout. It must have been a hundred places. He allowed me to inspect and work with him to ensure all places were taken care of. He completed the project faster than anticipated and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier!
