I would also like to express how professional James handled the job. I have many workers in my home and they are not quiet or tidy. I actually forgot James was in my home he was so quiet. When he finished, the bathroom and work area was extremely clean. I will hire them again.
The team at Sir Grout Sarasota did a professional job cleaning, sealing, and coloring my grout and tile. It was a large surface area, and Kashan, Theresa, and Andreas made sure everything was perfect. They were on the job for almost 12 hours and followed up to be sure I was satisfied afterward. They were on time for the estimated walk-through, on time for getting us a written quote, on time for the work, and Cole was great in explaining the process as well as what the team would be doing from start to finish. The technicians were courteous, on time, and a did great job with the work as well as the clean-up. The areas they worked on looked brand new, and many were 12-13 years old. Sir Grout did a great job cleaning the tile as well as staining and sealing the grout. Our job was assigned to Rudy and he arrived in time and kept us informed of what and how he would perform our job. There were no surprises and Rudy did a beautiful job restoring the tile on our master bathroom floor, double vanity countertop and bathtub platform surround and walk in shower.
