Sir Grout has been a pleasure to deal with from day one. We got our quote in February, and they scheduled us in March. Before our day came, we got worried about the pandemic, so we called and asked if they could put us on hold. In retrospect, that was a mistake on our part, but they were happy to do it. Fast forward to August, and we've REALLY got to get our shower refurbished, so we called, and they scheduled us for a week out. The office manager was great. Samuel showed up on time and walked through what he was going to do. I expressed some concern about the need to add some grout, and he agreed to do that. He worked through lunch and finished right about when I was told he would, and the shower looks fantastic! He pointed out the things he fixed, walked through maintenance, cleaned up, and left. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had.
One of the best businesses we've dealt with since moving to Austin two years ago. Teresa and Justin really know their stuff, and we're very happy with the results. It was honestly so refreshing to work with a company that seems to understand the meaning of customer service. They return messages promptly, show up when they say they will, and provide very clear and detailed estimates. We had a great experience with Sir Grout. We recently used them to re-grout and seal the shower in our master bathroom. The company was very professional and prompt, reasonably priced and we especially appreciated that they followed all current safety guidelines given COVID. I was very happy with my porcelain tiles that I had Sir Grout cleaned. Fantastic job, like brand new!!!! It took about 5 1/2 hours to do, give me directions on how to clean with a soap and water. Thank you!!!!!
Sir Grout did an EXCELLENT job on my kitchen counter and bathroom floors and counters. They showed up on time and prepared. The gentlemen that came to the house were so professional and left everything spotless. All areas that they worked on look better than when the house was brand new!
