Sir Grout did a fantastic job of regrouting our kitchen sink area, cleaning our travertine floors and resealing a couple of our showers. Yes, they were responsive as they called for an appt right away to bid the job. Pricing was about the same as another competitor who had done a previous shower last year but left our shower with missing grout and never told us. Sir Grout disclosed every little issue they saw. They are true tile professionals.
Chris worked on my kitchen floor and James worked on our shower. Both were professional and courteous. They did a good job and I would recommend this company to family and friends. My shower was 23 years old and it looks brand new.
