If you are looking for a beautiful freshening of your tile showers or floors, you cannot go wrong with Sir Grout Charlotte. Sir Grout completed a large, multi-day project for me: cleaning and sealing four tiled showers and bathroom floors, cleaning and color-sealing kitchen, breakfast room, and laundry room tile floors, and digging out the original grout from a large 1" x 1" marble mosaic tile shower floor and replacing it with new epoxy grout. Sir Grout handled every detail expertly and efficiently from start to finish.

Tim did an amazing job cleaning and sealing the grout in our kitchen and bathrooms. He identified problems and proposed solutions to each issue that he found. He was thoughtful and courteous. And he helped me to identify the best way to care for my floors going forward, which is no small job given that I have 4 Labradors. Tim also identified a few places where caulk had cracked, which could have led to water damage and mold. He repaired those as well. This is the second time in 5 years that I have called on Sir Grout, and I do not expect it to be the last. Thank you, Tim!

Sir Grout really knows their stuff! Our technician, Andrew, was very respectful, knowledgeable, and effective in cleaning and sealing the grout for our master shower. He talked us through every step of the process and did a fantastic job. I will certainly contact them again in the future for periodic maintenance of our shower, or if I have any other tile that needs attention!
We just had them do our bathroom floors and tile countertop. GREAT JOB!!! I have been trying for years to get my tile bathroom floors clean but they have a rough surface and it was impossible to get them clean. Sir Grout did a fantastic job! Can't believe the floor is actually clean 🙂. And my daughter said the other bathroom where the smooth tile with half inch grout lines is, looks like a brand new floor! They stained the grout to a darker color and it looks really great without needing to replace any tile or grout. Thanks guys!
