I was referred to Cole by a friend. Sir Grout just finished a job for her, and she was totally satisfied. Cole came to our home, explained his process in detail, and quoted us what we thought was a fair price. He did our large Sunroom (16:20), our Mud Room, our guest bathroom, and our master bath including the shower. He said it would be a two-day job and it was. He communicated with us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, fastidious, and patient. He presented himself in such a way that we were very comfortable having him in our home. We were pleased with his effort and recommended him for similar work.
We recently had the firm clean and fix some touch up in our shower. The work was outstanding, and we now feel we have a new shower stall. Thank you, Sir Grout.

Amazing! I can't say enough great things about the work Chris and his team did to take our shower from looking like a disaster to looking brand-new. They fully reworked all of our grout and, due to some "issues" from our builder, the work was far more than expected. They stuck through it though, got it done despite having far more work than expected, and now everything looks amazing. Thanks again!
