The shower wall and floor grout in our master bath was moldy and soft. Original installation by the builder was substandard. Sir Grout's owner, Chris, came out and explained what could be done to correct the situation. He was a pleasure to speak with. Knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. Grout had to be removed, replaced and sealed. Sir Grouts products are top of the line. A great value for the cost of the job. They cleaned and sealed floor tile grout and granite countertops as well. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend.
We called Sir Grout to get an estimate for cleaning and regrouting the tile in our walk-in shower. We received a call back within an hour or so ...(the other company we called didn't get back to us until a week later), and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Jamar did the estimate and we were impressed by his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. We were able to schedule the work for the following week and were given a start time of 9:00 a.m. and told that Curtis would be doing the work. Curtis arrived promptly at 8:59 and set to work immediately. He was courteous and personable and he answered all of our questions with ease. There was some confusion about the grout color but Curtis resolved it quickly and the completed work was beautiful! We couldn't be happier!
I needed my bathroom cleaned. It was beginning to have signs of mold and calcium build up. Jorge, the owner, came out and looked at the shower, gave me a reasonable quote, and within a few days, they had a technician come out to perform the work. The technician arrived at 10 AM and finished around 2 PM. It is a family owned business, with quality service, and they care. Give them a shot if you are looking for a service.

The process was quick and easy. My bathroom looks 20 years newer! The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with the work. He definitely went above and beyond. Will definitely use Sir Grout again for any related restoration/maintenance!
To be perfectly honest I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Sir Grout. But I'm sure it was after tons of attempts with other companies to have my restaurant re-grouted with all answers being "I'm sorry we don't do commercials." Their loss I guess. But Patrick (I believe the director) and Ed and Romeo (Tech/specialists) were great. Patrick did a facetime to check out the work needed and set up a time for Ed and Romeo to come in, they were professional, efficient and honestly extremely courteous of the team working around them. I asked them to work on some of the parts of the kitchen and bar that were in desperate need of TLC, but I've just sent in a request to see if they are available to do the rest of the restaurant. You can't go wrong with these guys.
