The owner, Jorge, was exceptionally detailed when describing the grout sealant and further detailed maintenance duties to keep my floors looking fabulous for years. No up sale gimmicks, which is a plus for those of us who recently moved into our homes and want to ensure the cleanliness and luster of the floors last through normal foot traffic. The price was reasonable and the customer service throughout was superb!
