The Sir Grout team did an excellent job refreshing the tile in my bathroom! Romeo was my technician, and he was punctual, professional, and friendly. He wore his mask, and observed all the recommended COVID prevention practices. He thoroughly cleaned the surround and floor, painted the grout lines on the surround, and sealed the surround and floor. The end result is tile that looks brand new! Instead of a full bathroom renovation, I'm working with what I have and giving the existing bathroom a refresh. The tile covers literally 50% of my bathroom, and now it looks amazing! Gary is the manager, and he was also very professional and friendly. He was able to get the tile job scheduled at just the right point in the entire project. I highly recommend Sir Grout!

Having just moved into a new build, we wanted our floors done prior to our household goods being delivered. Sir Grout did a fantastic job cleaning up and resealing our marble shower. The previous owners left it a mess but Sir Grout knew exactly how to help. They were honest that it wouldn't look like new and that they couldn't pick out the existing grout between the small marble tiles on the ground without damaging - handymen who came to quote said they could and now I know it would have likely looked worse had we used them. My one complaint was that communication was very delayed because I think they've been extremely busy. Still would definitely recommend!
