The service from Gary and everyone at Sir Grout was excellent! Charles who performed the work at my home is a truly skilled artisan, not to mention, he is polite, neat and extremely efficient! Work that I had assumed would take the entire day was finished in 4 hours and the job is perfect! I recommend Sir Grout very highly and definitely will have them back here again. Chris and Chris were great to work with. Chris (Owner) was super responsive in coming out for a quote and understanding what needed to be done. Chris, the specialist was friendly, professional and did a great job. I should have taken a 'before' picture but here is the 'after' picture. The tub/shower is sealed and looking good so I can hold off on renovations in an old bathroom.
Great. Installer showed on time, and finished in one day as promised. Work area left in clean condition and looks like a new installation. Would definitely recommend this company if you need some of the services they offer.
Amazing experience. Matt really knows his stuff. My tile/grout was horrible because of lots of dog traffic. It looks brand new. Matt was prompt during every aspect of the deal, from estimate to job completion. And he came in under the estimate by a little!
I hired Sir Grout about a month back to help me with my shower. Technician Carlos Gonzalez went above and beyond to help me get the job done right so that it could look the way it should. He was super, super helpful and I'd highly recommend them because of him.

Very well, the service person (Pete) did a fantastic job. This man does not take a break. I had to keep telling him to stop. Good luck finding that these days. Thanks Pete. The owner Rod Carnes explained what will take place and to the tee took place. He spends the time with you and shows photos of completed jobs, very professional.
Marlon was my service technician, and he was polite, punctual, and very professional. His work was exceptional and my shower, floors, and bath room looks terrific. He also gave me good advice on proper soaps to used to help prevent any further build up on my shower tiles.
