Christopher came out and was so professional. He had a really good eye for color, and we loved the color seal options he sampled for us. He went above and beyond and made sure each area was sealed properly when we walked through his work together.

I want to say this was an amazing experience with Sir Grout. The service tech Jose did and amazing job and the quote and knowledge that Renzo provided was amazing. They were on time and Jose had an eye for detail they restored my 15 year old shower tiles to new and the did amazing with the color seal. I appreciate a business that cares about the work and quality of the final project. I will recommend them to friends and family because price was reasonable.
Sir Grout made everything so convenient and effortless. From the initial video quoting by Ann, to the expert work by Tim, we could not be happier with the experience and the results. The shower looks so nice, we don't want to even use it!!! Highly recommended, pricing is on par with the quality, wish all experiences in home ownership were like this.
Meko did an outstanding job with re-grouting our entire shower, along with re-siliconing where needed also. Looks brand new! Kathryn came for the quote and was straight forward with what needed to be done, explained the process entirely, answered all questions. Both Meko & Kathryn were friendly and professional! Sir Grout Raleigh did an excellent job revitalizing our all-natural travertine and slate master shower. Natural stone showers are not particularly easy to care for or maintain. Ours had gotten a bit unsightly and needed a serious cleaning and color seal regrouting approach.
Joe, the technician selected for our particular project, had the knowledge and skills to completely revive our shower to almost its original look. We are very happy with the results and appreciate the professionalism of Sir Grout and their staff.
We used this company for our shower a couple of months ago. Our natural tiles in the shower needed cleaning and restoration. Judi did the initial evaluation and Monte finished the work. These people are experts and they know what they are doing. Most importantly, for busy people like us, they were on time every single time they came to our house, from the first assessment to the end of the work. At the end, our shower looked like new. Highly recommended.
My positive experience began with friendly Stacy that answered the phone & made my appointment. Kevin was very professional and did an in-depth assessment of my shower tiles and floor tiles. He explained everything he suggested to do and gave reasons why he thought the problems needed addressed. It was an easy contract signing and appointment made. Katie came on time and was so kind with lots of smiles. She also explained all the work she was doing step by step. I had questions and she had the answers. She was very knowledgeable. She really enjoys her work. Started on time and finished on time. I highly recommend Sir Grout Richmond!!
The entire experience with the Sir Grout of Jupiter team was fantastic! They were professional, respectful and attentive to every detail.
