We have a walk in shower. After 25 years of normal wear and tear it didn't look too pretty. Tiles were still good but that's wear the good news stops. I called SIR GROUT and made an appointment and they said this shower can be repaired. You must follow all their instructions so repair comes out correct. At next appointment I met Peter. (The tech) He worked his magic and spent 8 or 9 hours of non stop working. He is a first class guy and now our shower looks brand new! Thanks again.
My Carrera marble countertop had water stains and etching. After Sir Grout, it looks like it did when it was originally installed 12 years ago. Thanks, Sir Grout!
The Sir Grout team did an outstanding job regrouting our shower and sealing our bathroom floor. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job in the time estimated. Everything looks like new!
I had a great experience with Sir Grout in Minneapolis. From the initial consultation to the final result, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable about what could realistically be restored. The technician communicated well while on site and did a good job with the cleaning and repairs. Sir Grout sealed the tile grout at my first house here in Tucson, 3-4 years ago. I was so impressed with how well they held up, I had them come in before moving in to our new build. Shout out to Taih who was fast, efficient & so pleasant to have in the house. She finished earlier than expected & did the whole place by herself!
Sir Grout did an excellent job on the epoxy work in our shower. Paul and Dylan were fantastic to work with — professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They walked us through the process, paid close attention to detail, and left everything clean when they finished. The results look fantastic — the shower feels brand new. Annalise came to give us a quote, she was incredibly nice, professional, and felt like she was shooting straight with us on what we should and shouldn't do, didn't try to upsell or push us to do more, in fact coached that we get less services than we were planning on getting.
Shakayla performed our service and was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly friendly, professional and informative. She worked ridiculously hard and went above and beyond to clean our grout and seal it. She even cleaned some rust stains in our shower we didn't even ask her to clean.
