Walk in shower grout was looking pretty bad. I had tried to clean it up myself with various products, but nothing really helped. Did some searching and found Sir Grout. Owner came and gave me a fair estimate to do both wall and floor. The technician was very professional and when he was done we had a shower that looked like new. We are very pleased with Sir Grout.
Made our old, tired tile look new again! Cody walked us through the entire process, answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. Free estimate was no pressure and scheduling service was easy. Incredible to get the results we did in a single day! No mess, no fuss, just extremely professional and efficient service. Highly recommended Sir Grout to families that aren't quite happy with their tile but aren't quite ready for the costs and disruption of a full flooring replacement!
Recently, I discovered and hired the company "Sir Grout" to clean and seal my tile floors. I am very pleased with the efficiency, professionalism and beautiful results I received.
Gregory and Anastasia were the tech team that came to work on my floors. It was a 2-day job. I also needed them to clear and move all the furniture. They were very mindful and considerate while moving all my belongings. I was also informed of every step and procedure that was being done.
This team was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. My floors look amazing! Sir Grout specializes in working with tile, grout, and stone. I highly recommend this company.
Sir Grout, specifically Fred, the manager and two of his technicians Joe and Tom were amazing. Fred came out and gave a great quote which was spot on. He spent a long time going over all the details and explaining the procedure. Tom and Joe, the two technicians, came out on time and were aware of everything that needed to be done. We had a very difficult ceramic tile floor that was 27 years old that had stained tile and the grout was almost black.
They were able to strip all of the stain and color back to its original look. The grout came out perfectly, and the tile was as bright as 27 years ago. They worked on our bathroom, the caulk, the bathroom tiles and re-colored the grout in the bathroom to make it look new again. They match the existing grout, which was not easy, but they did it. Our two bathrooms look brand new and our kitchen looks absolutely amazing. Customer service was fantastic.
Scheduling the appointment was easy. They came out within two weeks. We are completely satisfied with their job, and it's much more than even expected. We have nothing negative to say. Only extremely positive. You can't go wrong, especially if you have a difficult project that needs a lot of help. I never thought that our tiles would ever be like this. Again, almost back to original! Tom, Joe, and Fred worked great as a team. I would highly recommend this organization!

We heard about Sir Grout through a family friend, and we are thoroughly impressed with their services. Our house is fairly new, but unfortunately feels like it was a rushed build, so we've had some problems with the tile in our main walk-in shower and needed to be re-caulked. Courtney came by to give us an affordable quote and was incredibly professional. The technician was kind and took his shoes off when entering our home. He wasn't too spooked by our two big dogs and was very quick. We highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing a revamp of any of their tiled surfaces!
This is our second experience with Sir Grout Tucson. We have about 500 ft of travertine flooring and 2 showers, entirely stone. 5 stars does not do justice to the technician, Isaiah. He worked from 8 am to 5:30 pm with diligence, exquisite attention to detail, cheerful and charming, patient with his customers and parted with a summary of maintenance tips. Thank you Sir Grout for your awesome team, You did not disappoint. Everything looks beautiful.
Kaveh came out to do a free estimate and was very kind and professional. I appreciated he even put on shoe covers. He was not able to address my shower's issue as it's a bigger project requiring a general contractor, but he put me in contact with someone who should be able to do the work. If I need grout work in the future, I would definitely call them again.

1. Townhome Sale - Master Shower
Andrew came to restore the tile and regrout the master shower in our townhome. He was incredibly friendly, explained the process clearly, and carried out the job with great professionalism. When he finished, the shower looked brand new--the tiles sparkled, and all the dirt and black residue in the grout was completely gone. We couldn't believe how good it looked--wish we had done it sooner! Andrew gets an A++ from us.
2. Basement Floor Restoration
The previous owners of our new home had applied a waxy coat on the ceramic tiles throughout the basement. It started turning white and flaky, almost like peeling skin, and looked terrible. I tried cleaning a small section myself, but it took over an hour and was clearly going to be a never-ending task. That's when we called in the pros. John came by for the estimate, and Eddy and Jose handled the job wonderfully. They used chemicals, rotary tools, and good old-fashioned elbow grease to strip off all the residue. The results were incredible--we're so happy with their work! My muscles thank them a ton!
3. Marble Entryway - Restoration
Our marble entryway had seen better days--it was dull, scratched, and clearly neglected. Once again, Jose and Eddy worked their magic and completely transformed it. They brought the marble back to life, and now it looks stunning.
Sir Grout, Mark, and his team do a great job overall. From doing visual inspection, to appropriate affordable pricing, finishing the work on time and excellence in quality of work are all commendable. This is the second time I have used them and will use them again.
