We're really happy with our experience with Sir Grout from start to finish. I first learned about them on social media, checked out their reviews and decided to give them a call-- so glad I did! Joe came to look at our natural stone shower and was very professional, clearly explaining what needed to be done to make it look like new again. Scheduling was easy and Oscar was the technician that came out for the service. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure to explain how to maintain our shower moving forward. Thank you to Lily, for the consultation, and Dakoda, for fixing the bathroom grout. Dakoda removed old, cracked grout, then laid new grout and added a sealer as well. Looks so good! Looking forward to having the tile buffed next.

Lily walked us through the process, and was meticulous in finding the exact match to our grout that had begun to gray in lots of places. She was Invaluable to those of us who knew nothing about grout and it's treatments!
And Collin, well, you gotta ask for him; What a gem! He, too, was just painstakingly and patiently meticulous in treating our kitchen, entryway, and a small guest bath! We really enjoyed having him in our home. Just a great guy!

Micha and Andrew did such a good job on our Master shower and floor, as well as our laundry room and guest bathroom floors. They were so professional and nice. They kept us informed every step of the way.
We decided we also wanted our guest bathroom floor done, and Scott had them complete that as well while they were here. What a great service. So much easier and less expensive than all new tile. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
