Matt was very diligent and persistent. He tried the normal regimen to clean our tile, but it wasn't working. He kept trying things when finally a stripping agent worked to clean it. When he was done, my 15-year-old tile looked brand new. Great value and very trustworthy business.

Sir Grout deep cleaned and colored the grout in two mailrooms of our condominium. We are so happy with the results that we are hiring them to resurface and color grout the other two buildings. John is professional and genuinely cares about his work and customer satisfaction. I was impressed with his attitude and work ethic. We re-grouted my master bathroom to avoid or postpone redoing it. It looks brand new. Wish all of my home improvement and repairs could be done by him!!
Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He worked hard to try to remedy a problem that unfortunately could not be fixed (tile was used in the shower that was not met to get wet) and updated his fee to reflect this. He then went above and beyond to try to find other potential solutions. Honest and trustworthy goes a long way these days!

I contacted Sir Grout in March 2021 and from the first phone call until completion of the work I found Sir Grout to be professional and responsive. They re-grouted my entire master bathroom, removed all mold and cleaned the travertine tiles. They also explained why I had the mold problem to begin with. While I would love a master bath remodel, this was the next best thing - getting everything clean and mold free.
